Step inside the main level to discover a thoughtful layout with upscale finishes throughout. The welcoming great room is large enough to host the whole family with plentiful seating, a color-changing gas fireplace to create a soothing ambiance and flat-screen TV, all set under vaulted ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to forested views.
The adjacent gourmet kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking and features state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, an island with three bar stools, and a table with seating for six. Dinners will be enjoyed in the formal dining room with an expansive table with chair and bench combination seating for up to 12.
The kitchen offers seamless access to the sprawling deck that features an outdoor kitchen, sofa, gas firepit (out of order until mid-October 2023, contact us for more information), and large dining table set under a pergola. Enjoy views of Baldy Mountain from the deck; outdoor heaters are provided to keep you toasty if there’s a chill in the air. Just below, you’ll have access to a second gas fire pit and the private outdoor hot tub.
The main level is also home to the primary king suite featuring a gas fireplace, a TV, peaceful wooded views, and a gorgeous ensuite bath. A powder bath, laundry room, and a game room with a piano complete the main level. On the upper level, you’ll find three bedrooms including two queen rooms and one bunk room with a shared bath – an ideal space for a family with children.
Find your way to the lower level to discover a large recreation room where your entourage is sure to spend a lot of time. A billiards table that converts to ping pong and a foosball table will provide hours of friendly competition. The adjacent wet bar features a wine cooler, sink, dishwasher, and microwave so you can mix up drinks and serve snacks without having to go back upstairs. Kick back on the sofa and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors bring you directly out to the heated stone patio where you can relax beside the gas fire pit or take a long soak in the hot tub under the stars.
Two sleeping options are situated on the lower level – the perfect setup for families with kids. One room is a spacious queen suite with TV and private ensuite with dual vanity and shower, and the other a bunk room with twin bunk bed and sliding barn door for privacy is situated adjacent to the rec room. An additional shower bathroom with dual vanity is also on the lower level.

Guests have use of the laundry room and a two-bay heated garage with parking for 4 cars total. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
ABOUT THE AREA
Just south of Breck’s iconic Main Street sits Blue River, a peaceful riverside community focused on preserving natural beauty. You’ll discover endless outdoor adventures in Blue River, year-round including hiking/biking and fishing in the summer months and snowshoeing in winter.
The nearby Mohawk Lakes are the perfect place to scope out wildlife and get your daily outdoor adventure checked off. We ask that you please respect the wildlife that is present in Blue River – keep plenty of distance and do not offer any food. Breckenridge is easily accessible by car in minutes.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado’s mountain towns are busy with construction each summer. This home may find disruption from time to time. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
