With three separate floors, this home is perfect for families to enjoy separate parts of the house while still feeling together. On the mid-level is a beautiful family room with a sofa and chairs, a TV, and a game table. Just off this room are two lovely queen suites, each with its own ensuite bath. Also on the mid-level is a laundry room, and a mud room with ski cubbies, which are also directly accessible through the garage.
On the lower level is an area your kids will love with an enormous bedroom with three sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, a large TV, bean bags, soft carpet throughout, and plenty of puzzles and board games to keep the kids amused. Right off this room is another bedroom with two twin beds, a separate large bathroom, and a dedicated furnished office. The distance from here to the top floor is just enough to keep the noise from traveling but close enough that it is easy to move between the two – the perfect compromise so that everyone gets to relax.
For even more fun, head out to the garage for a game of ping pong. In the summertime, enjoy the large backyard with a BBQ grill and picnic table.

Chalet Memoire served as a perfect home base for the 11 of us who traveled to Steamboat for three days of golf. Perfectly appointed, incredible views, comfortable beds, furniture, and modern appliances. The service was great, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
We stayed at a property managed by Moving Mountains during Spring Break in Steamboat Springs, CO. We needed a property large enough to accommodate 4 moms and 6 teenage boys and found the perfect home. The house was less than a mile from the mountain and also close to downtown. The MM Shuttle service made it very easy for all of us to get around. We pre-ordered groceries which were delivered to the house shortly after our arrival. The communication, service, and attention to detail with the MM staff were exceptional. All of our families have traveled extensively around the world and throughout the US. We had an amazing experience with MM and would not hesitate to book a trip with them again.

We spent a perfect snowy winter week in this property and absolutely loved it. The house is brand new and very well equipped with everything you could wish for. Although it was big, the way it was arranged over three floors meant that it actually didn?t feel too big for one family (and definitely big enough for 2 or 3 families to share). The kids loved having their own areas, no doubt just as much as the adults loved having the top floor and incredible views to themselves! It was easily the most comfortable rental we have stayed in. Getting to the gondola was quick and easy, and the shops were only a few minutes away. We liked that there were board games, puzzles and a ping pong table provided as well as having a smart tv on every floor and a big hot tub off from the living room with an awesome view of the mountains. And we had great Wi-Fi connection the whole time we were there. We didn?t need them but there was a washing machine, dryer, wine fridge, BBQ and picnic table as well. All in all a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, in a stunning mountain location. We will be going back with friends and staying in the same place.

Our brand-new winter holiday home was HUGE, it was like three houses in one! Everything was amazing but the most amazing thing was the giant bunk bedroom downstairs! We had so much fun playing in the snow outside and when we came in, it was nice and warm and so clean and smelled so good!
We loved the mudroom too where there was so much space for our things. We played everywhere, there were lots of games and fun things to do.
We had very yummy dinners in the sparkly kitchen and super lovely big baths and then sat on the toasty warm bathroom floor - it was amazing!
Everyone in Steamboat was so kind, even the lady in the supermarket who gave us a ride home when we got stuck! We wish we could go back tomorrow.
