Ski-in, ski-out convenience combined with easy access to downtown Breckenridge makes First Tracks Chalet the perfect mountain getaway. This cozy 2-bedroom residence is ideal for a small group or family.

Step inside to a warm and welcoming space where a gas fireplace anchors the living area, inviting you to relax in front of the fire and large screen TV after a day full of mountain adventures. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for three. Steps away, the dining table comfortably seats four guests. When you’re ready for some fresh air or to click into your ski or snowboard bindings, open the sliding doors and step out onto the main deck that leads to the ski slopes.

Down the hallway are the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps three guests in a twin XL-over-queen bunk. This bedroom uses a hall bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. There is additional bedding in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa.

For guests’ convenience there is a washer/dryer and boot dryers. There is also parking for one vehicle in an unassigned space in an underground garage.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
First Tracks Chalet is in the Tyra Summit condominium building that features an indoor, year-round, heated pool, as well as two hot tubs. The indoor hot tub is available in the winter and the outdoor hot tub in the summer.

SKI ACCESS
For ski access, you’ll walk a few steps down from the deck directly on to the green-rated 4 O’Clock ski run.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets.
