With this updated three-bedroom residence in Beaver Creek, you will get a true ski-in/ski-out experience.

Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. This main floor also features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large smart flat-screen TV and patio access with gas grill. In addition, the kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops, updated appliances and breakfast bar with seating for 3 is on this level. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to 8 guests.

Head up the stairs to all 3 bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a king bed and en suite bath with steam shower and heated floors. The second bedroom also features a king bed and has an en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom has two sets of log twin bunk beds and its own en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. There are smart flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, as well as Sonos systems throughout the home.

SKI ACCESS: From the main level of this home, simply walk out the back door and down three steps to find yourself on the Highlands Skiway.

Pets friendly, with an additional cleaning fee.

Parking is underground with a maximum height clearance of 7 feet. Parking is limited to one parking space per townhome.

Exceptional Townhouse in every way

This townhouse was so great that we did not want to leave. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, loaded with every single thing you could possibly need and is in a great location with a short walk to the village. The whole experience from the management company Moving Mountains was great. They were very friendly and attentive. I have been coming to Beaver Creek my whole life and this is the best place I have ever stayed. We can’t wait to come back and we definitely want to stay in this townhouse!
