The expansive floor plan is flooded with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoor living spaces to the outdoors. The residence features a large balcony, running the full length of the home, ample seating, and accessed through three sliding glass doors from the main living area.

The gourmet kitchen is professionally equipped with Sub Zero, Wolf, and Bosch appliances, plus a newly updated laundry room nearby. Chefs will love all the prep space on the extra-large extended countertops and kitchen island with five counter stools. You can also grill on the built-in Viking gas grill on the private deck while enjoying panoramic sunset views.

Relive the day’s adventures over dinner and make your favorite drinks at the newly added bar area, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The gorgeous dining table seats 10 guests. After a day of play, relax in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy movie night on the latest Samsung flat-screen smart TV.

Then rest up for another day’s adventures. The primary king suite and two additional king bedrooms all feature renovated ensuite bathrooms, new premium mattresses, and flat-screen TVs. The primary bathroom offers a soaking tub, walk-in glass shower, and double vanity. The other two king suites each feature large standalone showers and single vanities.

Kids and adults alike will love the thoughtfully conceived custom bunk room that comfortably accommodates six. This space features custom-built twin XL over queen bunk beds, dedicated storage cubbies, and an ensuite bath complete with a spacious layout, double sinks, a soaking tub, and a standalone shower.

In addition, guests staying at One Steamboat Place enjoy the services of an on-site ski valet. It is complimentary if you rent your equipment through the official ski valet provider, or if you bring your own. Note: equipment not rented through the ski valet provider is subject to a daily fee.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

PARKING
Guests are allowed two vehicles in the parking garage. Valet parking is available.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home enjoys air conditioning in summer.
