Hawk's View Chalet is a stylish mountain retreat for families and groups of up to 10 guests, blending contemporary design with warm mountain character and a subtle industrial edge. Open staircases with metal railings, vaulted wood-paneled ceilings, modern lighting, and expansive windows give this four-bedroom, four-level townhome a distinctive mountain-modern feel.

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, the home is a short shuttle ride from the base of Steamboat Resort, with easy access to a network of biking and walking trails for summer adventures.

The heart of the home is the bright and airy second-level great room, where vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create an inviting space to gather. Settle into the living area around the gas fireplace and TV, or step outside onto the adjacent deck for a breath of fresh mountain air.

The open kitchen keeps everyone connected and features high-end stainless-steel appliances, generous prep space, and a large island with seating for three. Gather for meals around the dining table for eight, with a gas grill conveniently located on the back deck.

At the end of the day, four bedrooms spread across the home's levels offer plenty of space and privacy. On the lower level, a bedroom with two twin beds and a TV includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third-level primary suite features a king bed, TV, private deck, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next door, a versatile bedroom with a queen bed, and twin trundle bed is ideal for families or younger guests.

On the upper level, a second king bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.

To top everything off, the home has an upper-level outdoor retreat. The covered deck features a private hot tub and TV. It's a memorable spot for an après-ski soak, evening cocktails, or settling in for a movie under the stars.

For guests’ convenience, there are boot dryers in the garage and a laundry room on the lower level.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

PARKING
There is space available for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
