Enjoy the mountain elegance of this home with a private feeling on a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute drive to the town of Breckenridge and the base of Peak 8.
The great room features a stunning rock fireplace, high ceilings, and large windows looking at the mountains - the perfect way to relax with friends and family on comfortable couches and sofa chairs. Steps away through the sliding glass door is the bubbling hot tub, calling you in after a long day of adventure. Off the back deck, watch Mule deer and moose roam in the bushes next to the Four O'Clock Ski Run.
A well-equipped galley kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing family meals with high-end appliances and bar seating for chatting with the chef or coffee in the morning. A dining area seats 6 nearby.
On the main level is a queen suite with a private balcony, TV, and private bath. On the upper level is the primary king suite with stunning mountain views, a large sleigh bed, and a private bath. Another room with two twin beds and a hall bathroom sits nearby. An upper loft with a desk is available to sneak in some remote work between adventures.
Retreat to the lower-level family room and relax on a large sectional couch for movie night. The couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. Kids will love the lower-level bunk room with a twin over queen bunk and hall bath.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and a 1-bay garage with parking for 2 cars total. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA - no parking is allowed on the street or in snow storage areas.
Four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Nice place for a large group.
Excellent! 
This house was exactly as pictured and described. It met all of our expectations and then some. It was very clean, and had a beautiful view!!! It was very spacious, and comfortable. We really loved that this was a true ski in/out and left from our driveway every morning. We could also ski home on the 4 o?Äôclock run. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Overall, we had an excellent experience!
Sweet Place
Great house. Good space. Management was great with communication. Hot tub was not working correctly and they got on it quickly and had it working the next day. Easy ski in/out was a huge plus for our group.
Outstanding!
Our whole stay was outstanding from the great attention with ski rentals all the way up to our arrival. We enjoyed every little detail in our home like the coffee set, bbq grill, hot tub, shuttle service, maintenance/snow cleaning team, and mostly the ski in - ski out to the mountain.
Pines 75 
What a wonderful place! The arrangement of this home is perfect for our family with 4 very separate bedrooms and baths. Our family's favorite place after a day of skiing is in the hot tub watching other skiers making their ways down 4 o'clock run. We've stayed in this townhome before and will no doubt be back! This company is so easy to work with and obviously strives to make sure their vacation rentals are top notch.

It was all around fantastic! The rental needs some updating, specifically the dishwasher needs to be replaced - it just doesn't get the dishes clean. And the oven needs a serious cleaning to get some more mileage. Thanks
Holiday Ski Trip
Overall a great experience! Pines 75 Townhouse was just as nice and clean (thank goodness) as all the reviews I read before renting. SO great to have 4 full bedrooms and 4.5 baths. We had a group of 10 and it was great! SO easy to ski in and out of-right off of 4 O'clock run...ski down a bit to catch the snowflake lift up! Easy to town as well! Great location that we would definitely do again!
Great Location
We had a wonderful time at Pines 75. It's only a few steps from 4 O' Clock Run. Basically the townhouse was all it was advertised to be and our children really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skying. Hope to come again next year.

Great Place for a crowd!
Nice place, held many guests, ski in/out! Place was in pretty good shape (one broken drawer in kitchen), clean, well laid out, kitchen well stocked with necessary appliances!
Spring Break Ski Trip
Rental was as expected. Everything worked out great. Plenty of space for our two families. Condo stayed a little warm in certain rooms. Access to 4?oclock ski run was very easy.

I've stayed at a number of places in Breckenridge, and this one might be my favorite. Perfect ski-in, ski-out location, great amenities, and more than comfortably accommodated two families.

Fun in the snow
Pines 75 is a great ski in / ski out option that was easy and convenient for our family to come and go as they pleased. Kids could even just ski in for a drink of water. Super close to 4 o’clock run. You do have to take skis off to close road to get on the snowflake run but wasn’t a big deal. House had plenty of place settings and utensils. Hot tub was easy to use.

The house is lovely, we have a great time. The Washer and Dryer does not work as well, it would be recommended to chance them.
A Great Multigenaration Family Vacation
Ideal ski in, ski out location. We could ski from the end of the driveway to the Snowflake lift. House was well layed out/equiped for a fun family vacation. Staff were very customer oriented.
