Description

Beaver Mountain residence overlooks the beautiful Yampa Valley and is very centrally located in the building making access to the pool, hot tubs, fitness center and spa equally simple as it is to access the gathering room, wine room and members' ski locker room. The slope side, private luxury residences at One Steamboat Place are located on Steamboat Square and offer ultimate mountain access.

The home features a large living area and its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather for meals, conversation in front of the large stone fireplace or watching a movie. A beautiful and professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs and there is a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.

The primary suite features valley views, a glowing gas fireplace and a spacious attached bath complete with a large dual sink vanity, a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Each with their own bathroom, the junior primary, queen bedroom and dual full bedroom all enjoy large windows inviting natural light and valley views. Beaver Mountain comfortably accommodates 8.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee is subject to change.

SHUTTLE
One Steamboat Place operates its free in-town shuttle service on a first-come, first-served basis from 7am to 10:45pm. Please request a ride at the front desk.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

They did a great job! All the necessary items were in the unit at One Steamboat Place-crib, highchair, walker and bouncer. We shipped out our luggage which was in the unit when we arrived-as were our lift tickets. We made our own reservations for dinner, but they were helpful in getting us names of babysitting services, which we used and were very happy with. Since we had an infant and no one was renting the unit after we left, we asked for a noon departure-which One Steamboat Place denied. Moving Mountains interceded for us and the baby was able to take a nap in the morning. Now only if they could control the snow....(it snowed 4 inches the day we left and then 11 inches a day or two later!)

There were 6 adults and one infant! We had a blast. The unit was comfortable, but it needed some light bulbs! The TV acted strange-sound got muffled-so we had to turn it off and then back on about once an hour. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking. We did a fair amount of cooking since we had a six moth old. WE had stayed at One Steamboat Place in 2015 and were very impressed by the wine and tapas in the afternoon. This year, not so much.

Amazing family-friendly condo

This was an amazing vacation, plain and simple. We brought 8 adults and 9 children (under age 10) so we were apprehensive about staying in one condo, but our stay could not have been better. Not only was the location perfect for Steamboat -- right at the base of the mountain -- the condo itself was super nice and spacious and the customer service was impeccable. I am a raving fan and would recommend One Steamboat to anyone.

Fantastic Stay over Christmas

A long overdue review of what was an exceptional stay at One Steamboat Place. We stayed there during the busy Christmas week, with extended family in a 3 bedroom apartment. This is much more than a holiday rental. This is effectively a hotel with 24/7 service, any technical issues were dealt with within minutes, food delivery from nearby restaurants was seamless. Best off all is the ski valet service slope side and the apes ski drinks reception in the lounge. Just picture , skiing down after a full day, your skis are taken from you by a valet, your boots stored, you walk 5 mins into the lounge to a good selection of wines, beer, soft drinks, snacks all inclusive. The next morning, you walk 5 mins out of your apartment the valet has your skis, all cleaned and you're off once again. It could not get better.

This condo complex is the ultimate in luxury, class, and service. From the concierge , to the valets, to the girls in the lobby, everything is perfect. You are always greeted with a smile and everything that you could imagine. The condos are spectacular. Everything that you need is provided. We stayed at OSP with the whole family. The four bedroom condo was perfect! Clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond. The location is amazing, I can only imagine how great it would be to stay there in winter with such easy slope access.

the service is 5 star...everybody was sooo friendly and helpful. what great customer service!!! the condos are exactly as pictured, clean and modern, only the very best of everything from sheets and towels to the appliances in the kitchen to the bar-b-que grill on the deck. first class all the way!!! we never took our cars out of valet, as they took us anywhere we wanted to go and they picked us up as soon as we called to bring us home. there was 7 of us, and still it was never a problem to get us where we wanted to go and back. very impressive!!! i wouldnt stay anywhere else in steamboat now..they spoiled us for any other condo or hotel. you MUST arrange a trip here, it is such a beautiful city and this place is such a joy to rest and relax in.
