This is the best rental company I have ever rented from. The house was flawless. Every detail had been considered. The midweek clean was so nice. The shuttle actually allowed ME to have a vacation and not drive people around. They think of everything.

Great location
Great location in downtown Breck, close to restaurants and activities. Ski shuttle was convenient to get to the mountain. The home was very cool - original log cabin was retained as family room/kitchen, with balance of house built into basement and second floor master bedroom - all well furnished and stylishly done. An awesome home in an incredible, walkable environment!

We spent a few wonderful days at Harris House in Breckenridge. The pictures and description of the property were great; the reality was even better. The property was well-furnished and sparkling clean; all supplies we would need were provided. Equally important, the response to questions and (very minor) issues was immediate - someone was at the property within the hour. We?ll be back.
Truly Amazing!
Moving Mountains was fabulous to work with. Last minute change of plans had us scrambling a bit to find a vacation home and we were so fortunate to have worked with Jenny, Katie and the MM team. They were truly amazing. Great communication and the house was perfect. Just as shown in the photos and immaculate. Best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we?ve rented and we?ve stayed in many. Thanks again for such a wonderful weekend!
A weekend stay with great weather 
We had a great time in this home. We had 9 adults, 5 children (ages 11,4,2,2,1) It fit us all very nicely! The kitchen was stocked very nicely, the rooms were large and the living spaces were great so everyone could be together but have their own space as well! It is a very close walk to town and a few minute drive to the slopes or the gondola! The kids loved the bunk room! The linens and towels were nice quality too!
As Good As It Gets
I don?t write many reviews, but this property was deserving. The mountain modern style was very warm and inviting. Everything in this home is high end, new, and clean. The beds are comfortable and the layout gives the perfect amount of separation and privacy for multiple families. The kitchen is great for cooking and has plenty of space for everyone. Being able to park 2 suburbans inside at night was a huge bonus as well. The kids enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the candy store on Main Street, perfect location. This one is a winner!

We loved our stay at the Harris House. The size of the property was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 2 babies, 2 three year olds and a 5 year old. We made good use of the hot tub and the fire pit for s?mores and just hanging out. The property was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the center of town and the free shuttle and library right across the street were added bonuses. The rental company was very accommodating. All in all, a perfect rental experience.

Nicer than the photos!
Our family of 10 celebrated our anniversary at Harris House. The house is fully equipped plenty of dishes, glasses and cook wear. The gas stove, large fridge and double dishwashers were perfect. There were even some lovely salts and spices to add to our gourmet experience. The bedrooms were all spacious and nicely dressed. Ditto on the bathrooms. We could walk to a market and cafes. And we enjoyed being close to Main Street.

Words cannot express how wonderful the house was for us! We've been coming to Breck for 20 yrs now and enjoy trying new places. We might have just found our permanent 'home away from home!' Harris house paid excellent attention to detail-from the complimentary chapsticks to the totally stocked kitchen, to the STAMPED postcard, to the bear footstool!!! The remote control shades!! Dual dishwashers!!! Sooo nice when you have a large family/party!!! The home is just absolutely beautiful and impressive. The personnel was so informative and kind which nowadays is a rare thing. We were asked when we checked in to give feedback on the new door lock/code. The last thing I want to do is give negative feedback because it was doable, however, the garage door to the laundry room was very difficult to get into due to the knob that was hard to grasp onto. A larger handle would be perfect. That was the only negative for us, which can be an easy fix. Thank you ALL so much for making our annual, family, Thanksgiving tradition, the best ever!!!

We had a wonderful time enjoying Harris House. It was a perfect venue for our two-family vacation! My only suggestion is to improve the WiFi in the house (perhaps with a booster or two) because there are some areas of the house (e.g., the front of the living room) where the WiFi cut out.

The house that made Spring Break 2019!
The entire rental experience was fantastic! Communication was top notch, arrival and departure was very easy, and the information shared beyond our rental to make our trip great was very valuable. During our stay, the team was extremely responsive for trash pickup, and one minor maintenance issue that was addressed within 2 hours. I couldn't have been more happy with them, and would encourage anyone to rent any property that they manage. As for the was Fantastic. We had plenty of room for our group, the kitchen was easy to use for both cooking, spreading out the take out food, and for having great conversation. Everyone was thrilled with their bedrooms, and the kids had a blast in the basement bunk room. The house made it very easy to use the free shuttle Blue line to the mountain. Perfect location for eating and shopping as well. The only complaint I heard was that the rooms could get a little warm at night. Some bedside small fans might help with that. At the end of the day, everyone in our group would rent the house again!

This place wsa great!
We had a group of 10 adults and 1 toddler. The kitchen and community spaces were roomy, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. It was great that there were King beds in 4 of the bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The bunkroom worked well for the couple with the toddler. Proximity to town was perfect - easy walk but out of the busy commercial district. We will definitely be back. The company was easy to work with and very attentive.

Harris House, Breckenridge
Harris house is the perfect Breckenridge rental for a large family. We have stayed here two times and love the house and the location. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking for a crowd. The outisde yard has both a warming gas fire circle and a hot tub. It is on a quiet street, but only two short blocks to grocery store and 3 short blocks to town, across the street from the SpeakEasy Theater and Library. I cannot think of a more perfect place. The staff are helpful and available.
Beautiful home and great town
The Harris House is a fantastic home. It was very comfortable and very well laid out. We had 13 people in our party and I was concerned it was going to be a bit too small. I was wrong. The size was perfect. Location to town was also great. The team did a great job of managing the reservation and even sent me a text letting me know I was able to check in 2 hours early. A big thanks to the home owners for making the Harris House available for renting and to the company for managing our reservation so well. We'll be back.
WOW....incredible house with the best location in Breckenridge
I booked this house for a guys weekend during the 'shoulder season' between summer madness and right before ski season cranks into high gear...there are great lodging deals running during this timeframe, plus the aspens were in peak foliage. The pics of the Harris House honestly do not do it justice, this newly renovated gem will blow away any expectations you may have! The staff had literally thought of every detail to make our stay feel like a world class lodging experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully laid out and the entire house was spotless. There was more than enough room to accommodate 12 grown men in the kitchen and dinning area, plus they had every utensil and appliance known to mankind. Even the the outdoor entertaining area was over the top with a very nice Weber grill, 6 person hot tub, and a cozy gas fire pit. We will definitely be booking our next winter and summer vacations to the mountains of CO through these guys!

Even Better Than the Pictures!
I rented this house for an annual ski trip of 9 guys and we couldn't have been happier. We knew the place was going to be nice based on the photos, however we were blown away when we arrived. As someone who owns a vacation rental, I thought they owner is crazy for renting a place this nice. There was plenty of room for all of us, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was a nice Weber. The company sent us frequent texts to make sure everything was okay. It was also a short walk to downtown Breckinridge.

The Harris House is a beautiful home and is very comfortable for large families or multiple families. It's walking distance to Main Street. The owners and the management company really keep this home in perfect condition. Highly recommend this home as a vacation rental.
Awesome home and great location
We spent a nice relaxing five nights hanging out and walking around Breckenridge. The home was extremely comfortable and well equipped.
The house is PERFECT!
This house is AMAZING! It is so quaint on the outside and then the inside is gorgeous, updated and has everything you might possibly want. Our party of 8 had more than enough room. The beds were all so comfortable, heated floors, hair dryers in every bathroom, Sonos speaker system, completely stocked kitchen...I mean I could go on and on. The location is perfect! We walked to Main Street to shop, to pick up our takeout and had dinner at Relish. We drove to the grocery store, but it's only about 5 minutes away. When we first pulled up to the house we saw the local fox! The company was so easy to communicate with and were available for any questions. We will definitely be back.

Our family had an fabulous time in Colorado and was only enhanced by staying at this beautiful home. Located 3 blocks from Main Street and easy driving access to Breckenridge Peak 7 & 8. The house was so nice with plenty of room and everything we needed for the week including games for the whole family to have fun with. Working with the company was easy and would recommend to anyone. We had a smooth arrival and as soon as we entered the house everything was what we saw in the pictures and more! Everything was super clean and in great conditions! The areas very spacious and well lighted, super comfy and warm house! A block and a half walk to the bus stop and 5 min drive to the gondola! And only a few blocks from Main Street! We enjoyed our stay way more than expected!!!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown
This is the second time we have stayed at Harris House, and the home is kept in pristine condition, very clean, with gorgeous views and only blocks away from downtown. We love this home and will continue to return! My only "complaint" isn't really a complaint but more of a "wish list item" that the beds were a little softer!
