Welcome to Wild Iris Lodge, a warm and inviting mountain retreat tucked into the gated community of Arrowhead, just minutes away from the Arrow Bahn Express ski lift. Beautiful wood floors, earthy tones, and nature-inspired artwork create a relaxed Colorado setting for families and groups of up to 12 guests.

At the heart of the home, a soaring vaulted ceiling caps and abundant natural light give the great room an airy, open fell. Settle into the comfortable seating around the stone gas fireplace after a day of adventures, gather for game night, or simply enjoy an unhurried evening together.

The adjacent kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd, with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, induction stove top, and counter seating for three. A sunny breakfast nook offers a casual spot for morning coffee. For leisurely dinners together, the dining table seats six and expands to accommodate eight guests.

In warmer months, mountain living naturally expands from indoors to out. French doors lead to a beautifully landscaped backyard and a spacious patio that runs the length of the home. Relax in the comfortable outdoor seating, fire up the grill, and enjoy al fresco meals together.

Six bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across three levels, giving everyone room to spread out and retreat at the end of the day. The main level primary suite is a peaceful escape with a king bed, TV, a large walk-in closet, and French doors opening directly to the back patio. The spacious ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower, while a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet add convenience.

On the upper level, one king bedroom and one queen boast vaulted ceilings and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom also includes a desk and a TV. Overlooking the great room, an open loft with a large sofa and desk creates a quiet space for reading, catching up on work, or enjoying a little downtime.

Head downstairs and the mood shifts from relaxing to recreation. The family room is made for friendly competition and laid-back evenings, with a pool table, large sectional sofa, big-screen TV, and wet bar. It's an ideal place to watch the big game, host a family pool tournament, or settle in for movie night.

Three additional bedrooms make the lower level especially well-suited for families. A queen bedroom has access to a bathroom shared with the family room, while a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks gives younger guests a space of their own, complete with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A cozy bedroom with a twin bed doubles as a bonus game room and features a private ensuite bathroom. For guests' convenience, there is a full laundry room on this lower level.

Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub at the Alpine Club, and the tennis courts that are directly behind the home.

PARKING
There is space available for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway.

SHUTTLE
For winter service within the Arrowhead Community, you can book rides through the Village Connect App. Service is available from 07:30am – 5:30pm during ski season. The shuttle will pick up at residences and drop off at the Alpine Club Circle for access to the Arrow Bahn Express Lift.

You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
