Enjoy the panoramic views from the spacious living area with its vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and gas fireplace. Or take in the fresh alpine air on the extra-long balcony with lounge chairs and grill.

A fully equipped professional-grade kitchen will also act as a gathering place around a large island with bar seating for five people. Enjoy each other’s company over meals at the 8-person dining table.

Four welcoming bedrooms with plush furnishings will provide relaxation for 9 guests. The primary king suite features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and ensuite spa-like bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub.

The second king suite also has a luxurious ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The ensuite bunk room has a queen-over-twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a shared bathroom.

For guests’ comfort and convenience, the residence has a full-size washer and dryer, and enjoys air conditioning in summer.

Mountain Meltaway is in the Edgemont building that’s located at the edge of the Stampede green-rated ski run. The community amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views, an outdoor fire pit, a sunny indoor lounge with a gas fireplace, fitness room, and ski locker room.

There is parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage. Note: Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage or elsewhere on the Edgemont property.

SKI ACCESS
Guests will access the green-rated Stampede ski trail directly from the ski locker room that's located on Level 1 of the Edgemont building. To return to the residence, you'll ski right to the ski locker door on the Stampede run.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado's mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Skip the hassle of a rental car and let us take you where you need to go.

In addition, this residence is in the Edgemont building that offers a seasonal shuttle service during ski season for transportation within the town of Steamboat.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
