Step outside and find yourself amongst the trees, while inside, various spaces await for friendly card games, strategic chess matches, and exciting shuffleboard tournaments in the cozy loft.

The culinary enthusiasts in your group will be delighted by the beautiful kitchen, fully equipped and with ample counter space, all while enjoying the picturesque view. The dining area comfortably accommodates eight guests at the table, with an additional three at the kitchen bar counter.

A magnificent horn chandelier graces the main living room, where you can choose to unwind while admiring the view or be entranced by the fireplace instead of turning on the TV. Flanking the main living area on the same level are a king and a queen bedroom, each with its own ensuite for added convenience. The king ensuite has jack-and-jill sinks and a steam shower.

Step outside onto the expansive deck that stretches along the entire back of the house, perfect for embracing the summer season. Bask in the sunshine while relaxing in Adirondack chairs, grill up a delectable feast, and gather around the outdoor dining table. As the night descends, indulge in stargazing around the comforting firepit.

Upstairs, a charming loft area overlooks the main level, offering a peaceful sanctuary to curl up on the sleeper sofa with a good book or engage the group in lively shuffleboard competitions.

The lower level offers more excitement with a bunk room featuring a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combo. The family room on this level provides a perfect spot for entertainment, equipped with a TV and a game table along with a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping. This room will have an air hockey table for Winter 2023/24. Step outside onto the patio to find a relaxing hot tub waiting for you. The lower level is easily accessible through the 3-car garage featuring a ping-pong table for more family fun.

Luminary Log Chalet is a 2-minute walk from the 5-bedroom home, Timber’s Edge. Reserve both homes for a large group or family gathering.

The chalet is conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Breckenridge and the thrilling ski slopes. SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN-HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
