This beautifully appointed luxury penthouse offers convenient access to downtown's extensive shopping and flourishing culinary scene; and to world-class skiing via the free town bus or the Moving Mountains shuttle service in winter. Additionally, you are just a stone's throw from the rodeo grounds and the Yampa River.

Floor to ceiling windows provide you with a panoramic view of your surroundings. The tasteful interior blends exposed timber, stainless steel appliances and granite slab counters with the large gas fireplace and flat screen TV at the center. The non-smoking deck offers a spacious, furnished outdoor living space with hot tub to relax under the stars.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you will need to entertain and cook at home. Custom cabinetry and granite countertops create an elegant workspace for the aspiring chef in your group. The BBQ on the deck makes grilling out year round a reality. The beautiful dining table seats six guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and flat screen TV. The en suite private bathroom includes double vanities, glass shower enclosure and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. It shares a bathroom with the third bedroom that has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed. In the atrium, as you enter this residence, there is also a twin daybed.

Although a vehicle is not a necessity in the winter, this residence does offer the luxury of two underground heated parking spaces.

Moving Mountains was the most amazing company to work with! Beginning with the first phone call to inquire about The Olympian, to the requests made during our stay, to our ride back to the airport, our experience was outstanding! Each person I spoke with at their office was very helpful! When we arrived, our transfer was so easy to their office and then to The Olympian. The Moving Mountains shuttle picked us up in such a timely manner at any given time that we requested. Such great service! Our home for the week was just perfect! It was ready and perfectly stocked for our use! They even brought us a welcome gift! Thank you Moving Mountains for such an awesome vacation!

Moving Mountains is a really cool company with very cool employees who are professional & passionate about their jobs as well as making sure their guests have a great time. The company itself is a one stop shop for accommodations, entertaining your own guests if need be, private catering, & help with booking/reserving every activity that is offered in Steamboat as well as shuttles to get you around. We totally lucked out picking this company for our accommodations. Thanks Guys. =)

This was our second season staying at The Olympian. The units are really spectacular. You are wowed from the moment you walk around and take in the view of Howelson Hill from the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is modern with high end appliances and well stocked with everything a family might need. The bedrooms are all very comfortable to help guests recharge for the next day on the slopes. The location is very convenient for the restaurants or shopping on the main drag of town. The private shuttle and town bus service can get you to the mountain or just about anyplace else in the area with ease and minimal delay. We loved staying there and look forward to our next visit.
