The Heavenly Peak Residence offers views directly to the ski mountain so you can watch Kid’s Ski School and people returning to the base right from your balcony. The ski in/ski out location doesn’t get any better in Steamboat. Throw in all the One Steamboat Place first class amenities and you have an unbeatable vacation home.

This luxurious four bedroom residence creates a warm comfortable feel with large gas fireplace, open floor plan, and comfortable mountain furnishings. You will find it easy to entertain and enjoy the company of everyone in your group.

The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight aspiring chefs; or you can grill in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck while enjoying the action at the base of the mountain.

The residence is designed for entertaining and your group can comfortably gather round the dining table that will seat 10. Larger groups can add another 3 guests with bar seating at the kitchen island. The amazing mountain backdrop and stylish furnishings create the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.

When you are done entertaining and ready to retire for the evening you will find private, comfortable retreats for everyone. The master bedroom offers a private gas fireplace, King bed and large ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes a large shower, large soaking tub and two sinks. The additional bedrooms include the Guest Master with King bed and large ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 Full bunk beds allowing at least 4 people to sleep comfortably and the fourth bedroom offers a Twin/Queen bunk bed.

If you still have work to accomplish on vacation there is a small office that includes an iMac computer for your use.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. Not as good as I had hoped

The actual unit is pretty nice. The location of the building is great. The building, however, is quite disjointed. Strange long hallways, going up and down floor and elevators to get to the pool. I was there for 5 days and I still got lost at the end an I have a pretty good sense of direction. I likely will not stay there again at that cost.
