Description

Raven’s Call Chalet is a delightful 6-bedroom chalet duplex in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street restaurants and shopping. During the summer months, enjoy easy access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. In the winter, skiers can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot.

This 3,400 square-foot, hillside residence has all the elements you need for entertaining with an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with plenty of natural light from all the surrounding windows. Step out onto the southwest-facing private balcony to relax after a long day of adventure. A barbeque grill and sitting area complete this space for covered outdoor dining in warmer months.

On the main level is a queen room with a full bathroom. Head upstairs to the cozy primary king room with a TV, wooded views, and ensuite bath. Two other queen rooms on this level share a hall bath. The lower-level family room is a great place to relax on comfortable furniture or watch a movie on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. Kids will enjoy the fun double bunk room that shares a bath with an adjacent queen room.

The fun begins with some friendly competition in the lower detached barn recreation room, complete with ping pong, foosball, billiards, and high-top tables. This uniquely renovated space has been transformed into the ultimate fun room, with a full-size fridge for drinks and snacks. While the kids are entertained in the rec room, the adults can enjoy the nearby hot tub, to soak away the day's adventures under a starry sky.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, an oversized 1-bay garage, and parking for 4 cars total. FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE IS RECOMMENDED IN THE WINTER MONTHS.

PLEASE NOTE:
Artistically built into the hillside, Raven’s Call is the upper chalet that is connected to the lower Raven’s Bungalow chalet by a shared wall with a locked access door. Each residence enjoys its own exterior access, garage, hot tub, deck, beautiful views, and separate outdoor spaces. Raven’s Call parking and garage access is via the alley above High Street, while Raven’s Bungalow parking and garage access is below on High Street. When rented separately, guest spaces remain private with no interaction between parties.

Raven’s Bungalow may be used as a standalone 4-bedroom chalet or Raven’s Call Chalet as a standalone 6-bedroom or rent both houses together known as the Great Raven Grande.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

GREAT RAVEN GRANDE
Need more space? Rent both the Raven’s Call Chalet (6BR) and Raven’s Bungalow (4BR) together as the Great Raven Grande for an incredible 10 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 23 guests for the ultimate family vacation. Each chalet has its own exterior access, or travel between the two from the inside, through the access door that is locked when rented independently. Raven’s Bungalow parking/garage access is on High Street and Raven’s Call Chalet parking/garage is via the alley above High Street.

This place was great for our group of 6 couples! Plenty of space, close to Main Street, and easy access to the shuttle to the slopes. Moving Mountains helped us accommodate transportation and excursions the whole weekend! The free shuttle that MM provides daily was awesome, much easier than Uber and it fit all 12 of us. There were fans and humidifiers in each room which our group greatly appreciated as we all live at sea level. I highly recommend this place for a large group.

My family can't thank the staff enough for how quickly and compassionately they assisted us in scheduling a last minute family vacation due to having to cancel plans to Florida because of a hurricane. They were so kind and had everything completely booked for us within hours. The home was perfect for us and they even left a GF cake in the fridge to welcome us! We loved the game room and how close we were to downtown! I can't wait to plan our next trip and will only book with this company!

Great Stay

The Chalet was clean, well put together. It had everything we needed though I would recommend a griddle. Kids had a blast in the game room. It is also about three blocks off of Main Street in Breckenridge so you can walk down there and take in the town.

Love staying here. Perfect location near the town and also a short walk away from a bus stop for a quick ride to the mountain base

10/10 from these 10 people

We absolutely loved this place! There was a group of 10 of us, and there was no question that there was enough room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable (which is important to me), and the house was very clean. The Tiki Room and hot tub were probably our favorite parts of the house. Since the tiki room was separate from the main house, we could play pool, ping pong, card games, etc., while others napped or went bed early. The shuttle was only a block or 2 away, which was very convenient...and it was always on time. It was not a far walk into town, and if it was too cold to walk into town, uber was super cheap. I’ve been coming out to Breckenridge for 7 years now, and this is the first time I’ve stayed in a house. The staff were great. I called a few times before we came out, and they answered all of my questions. They were very accommodating and friendly. I would 100% stay here again!!

It was great! Super nice place. The only bummer was that all of the steps up towards the back were real icy. Oh well! Still super happy :)

Fantastic getaway

We had a group of eleven, ages 5 - 75 staying here for a week. Everyone was thrilled with the house from start to finish. Everything is very well maintained and in great shape. The most exciting part for the kids was the game room. There were many games of ping pong, pool and fusball played. This was perfect because the kids could be having fun there while the adults were across the way relaxing and making dinner. Very easy walk into town (with a view of the slopes), and easy access to everything. The management was very responsive when we had a minor problem in the house and it was fixed right away.
