Mountain Vista provides easy access to the pool area, fitness center, and One Steamboat Place’s luxurious day spa. This residence features a large living area with a spacious open floor plan connecting the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room to relax together. State of the art A/V equipment provides hi definition entertainment after a full day of activity. The walkout deck extends the living room and offers expansive views of the ski area, the mountains to the east and the valley to the south.

The professionally equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry offers a large kitchen island with extra seating, Viking appliances and a Nespresso machine for the coffee aficionados in your group. Outdoor grilling is a cinch with the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck while you admire the stunning views of the lighted trees after dark. The adjoining dining area features a large dining table with ample contemporary dining chairs while the beautiful living room is highlighted by a large, inviting fireplace and updated furnishings.

The four bedrooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The master bedroom has the added ambiance of a large gas fireplace. Every bedroom offers spectacular views, contemporary décor, televisions, and abundant natural light. The master bathroom offers a steam shower, Jacuzzi tub, and dual sink vanity. The junior master also provides a luxurious spa-like ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub to warm you up after a day on the slopes. The third bedroom includes a queen bed while the fourth offers an additional two full beds, both with their own ensuite bathroom.

One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast and après ski, ski valet and on-call local shuttle, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat. A service fee will apply to all guests over the age of 10, paid directly to One Steamboat Place upon checkout. Fee subject to change.

Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, spa, and motion studio continue to be available with modified protocols in place to safely manage their use by appointment. For summer 2020 and winter 2020/2021 reservations, food and beverage service is not offered at this time. On-call local shuttle is still offered with limits on occupants in place.
