Overlooking the golf course in the exclusive Highlands neighborhood, Fairways Lodge is a 5-bedroom, 4,828-square foot vacation home allowing you to enjoy vivid sunsets and incredible views of the Ten Mile Range with a desirable open floor plan that is prime for entertaining. With a stylish contemporary mountain vibe, the modern architecture of Fairways Lodge will draw you in from the front entry into the spacious main level combining the kitchen, two dining areas, and a great room.

This spectacular vacation home has luxury features and amenities throughout. Impressive stonework, arched beam accents, and large windows with beautiful views offer a lavish and welcoming space. Other highlights include a gourmet kitchen, large deck, spacious bedroom suites, billiard table, theater room, and private outdoor hot tub.

A spectacular great room welcomes you with eye-catching arched wood beams and windows that flood the room with Colorado’s abundant natural light. A stunning stone fireplace is a focal point, with a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Stylish seating, beautiful wood floors, and elegant lighting complement each other throughout the open floor plan, creating an inviting space you can’t wait to enjoy.

A professional-grade kitchen features two sinks, a six-burner Viking gas cooktop, two Viking ovens, a warming drawer, double dishwashers, and a large island with bar seating for 6. An adjacent dining area seats 6, perfect for breakfast and casual meals. For larger gatherings, an elegant 10-person dining table creates a beautiful place for memorable meals together, all with stunning views from surrounding windows.

Head outside to a wrap-around deck and soak in the views or watch golfers on the green below. Enjoy an outdoor table in warmer months for an incredible al fresco happy hour or meal.

On the main level is a beautiful primary king ensuite room including a gas fireplace with a stone surround and mounted flat screen TV, sitting area, and private deck access. An ensuite bath has dual vanities, jetted tub, and a large walk-in shower.

Take family game and movie night to a whole new level in the lower-level rec room with a billiards table and small wet bar with a refrigerator. Fire up some popcorn and retreat to the impressive movie theater room, with plush recliner seating for 8 and a large projector screen. Later on, sneak out to the private covered hot tub and soak the day away under a starry sky.

On the lower level is another king room with a gas fireplace, TV, garden level view, and attached bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Also on the lower level is a queen suite with an ensuite bath, a king suite with an ensuite bath, and a fun bunkroom for the kids with a twin-over-queen bunk and attached bath.

Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ski boot dryers, a Sonos sound system, private WIFI, plenty of gear storage, and garage and driveway parking. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

Located in the exclusive Highlands of Breckenridge right on the golf course, Fairways Lodge is a convenient six-minute drive to Main Street's many dining options, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Return home and enjoy the private and quiet surroundings. The legendary ski slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort are just 2.5 miles away, accessible by shuttle. Fishing and hiking trails are nearby, creating something for everyone.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Cool Colorado summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
