A true scratch restaurant, the menu selections and food presentation go above and beyond with favorites like an Egg BLT, stuffed french toast, gourmet grilled cheese, or a pulled pork and brie sandwich – but don’t forget the addicting hand-cut fries! Wash it down with a Paramount Margarita or fresh-squeezed lemonade…better yet, come back for their popular après ski happy hour!
Yampa Valley Kitchen
Offering ‘uncompromised’ local, sustainable, organic food in a quaint downtown setting, Yampa Valley Kitchen has charm, presentation, and attention to detail mastered. Enjoy ingredients from their on-site garden with a variety of selections including eggs benedict, sweet and savory crepes, the freshest salads and to die for sandwiches and burgers. (try the Monte Cristo or Smoked Salmon Salad)
Seedz Café and Drinks
Highlighting organic produce, sustainable & wild fish, hormone & nitrate-free local meats, Seedz offers something for every dietary desire with a wide variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Try a signature ‘Boat’ stuffed fresh bread sandwich, specialty bowls (love the Hot Tokyo Maki Bowl), wraps, salads, and grass-fed beef burgers. Sit outside and enjoy some downtown people-watching at this locally owned favorite. Thirsty? Enjoy a homemade smoothie or kombucha.
