The perfect ski day looks a little different for everyone. Some love chasing first tracks while others linger over coffee in front of the fire. That’s why ski access matters. Whether you’re skiing straight from the home or taking a short walk to the lift, it’s easy to come and go as you please. Get kids off early for ski school, take a break and ski home for hot chocolate breaks or lunch, and then slide straight into après or the hot tub at the end of the day. No crowds, no hassle! Our team picked their favorite homes where getting on (and off) the mountain is effortless.
You'll ski right from the home onto Four O’clock ski run. Follow the Four O'clock run to the Snowflake Lift for easy Peak 8 or 9 access.
“Ski Classic, as ski-in/ski-out as it gets. You can walk out and ski to either beginner or all levels access to the base of the mountain.”
- Nancy McDowell, Accounting Assistant
“This is definitely a classic. Ski out right to the base of Peak 8. You can't beat it!”
- Jacob Powell, Maintenance Technician
The green-rated Trygve's ski run is adjacent to the home's property.

"When you can roll over in bed and look out the window to see how much snow fell overnight or which runs were freshly groomed, that's pretty special! Grab a cup of coffee and you're on the lift in minutes."
- Kate Pahula, Reservations Manager
For ski access, you’ll walk out of the lodge to the Independence SuperChair that goes up Peak 7 to cruise down the intermediate runs. The Breck Connect gondola also makes a stop for you to hop on up to the base of Peak 8, or down to town.
