Roll over, take in the fabulous view from your bedroom, throw on your ski clothes, and head right out the door to the slopes! Sound like a dream? It could be your next Colorado ski vacation. Staying at a ski-in/ski-out or short-walk-to-the-slopes residence may just be the ultimate luxury.
First tracks is easy when the run is right outside your door. You can get an extra hour of sleep and enjoy one more cup of coffee and still beat everyone to the bottom of the hill.
If your group is not always on the same schedule, ski-in/ski-out lodging is a great option for everyone to come and go at their own pace.
When you're staying slopeside, you can avoid the drive to the base area, the walk to the lift and standing in line at the gondola.
It’s a great option with kids in tow when you may need to run back for snacks, naps, or lost gloves mid-day! And you can get to apres a lot quicker! Ski home, pop the boots on the boot dryers, grab a cocktail and hit the hot tub or put your feet up in front of a roaring fire.
You may never need to leave the house except to ski. Imagine this – you’ve shipped your luggage ahead of time, your private driver is waiting for you at the airport to whisk you straight to your vacation home, groceries have already been stocked, a delivery service arrives to fit you with your ski and snowboard gear, a personal chef is arranged to cook dinner (and even better clean up), and a massage therapist is scheduled for an end-of-ski-day in-home massage. All of which the Moving Mountains Guest Services Team has helped arrange.
If you do want to venture out, the complimentary on-demand Moving Mountains shuttle is available daily during ski season to get you around town for shopping and dining, and to and from the ski resort base areas.
