The event brings together authentic bluegrass music and Colorado craft beer for one of the best bluegrass music festivals of the season. Snow artists from around the world will compete in the International Snow Sculpture Championships. Sculptures, which traditionally remain on display for one week after sculpting, start as 12-foot-tall, 20+ ton blocks of snow. Teams compete using only hand tools and achieve finished pieces across five days of sculpting in this one-of-a-kind event. Think you can conquer over 26,000' of vertical down 14 of the toughest black and double black diamond runs on the mountain, in one day? Then take the Talons Challenge. Participants who rip down all fourteen runs will earn prizing and all kinds of bragging rights.
