Feast on Maryland crab eggs benedict, fresh-baked croissants and beignets, bacon-wrapped figs, and of course, classic French toast. Pair it with a signature champagne cocktail or a lavender gin fizz. You may not be hitting the slopes after this, rather an afternoon nap!
The purveyors of Hovey & Harrison work with small, family-run farms around Colorado to source the freshest produce, honey, and more that they use in their cooking. They also look out for Mother Earth. Every container, lid, piece of pottery, coffee bean, tomato, egg, sausage, fork, wine, etc. is chosen deliberately.
This legendary breakfast spot is one of Skip's picks. The locally-owned eatery is Vail's only full-service diner serving breakfast all day.
