Located in the beautiful Summit Estates on just over two private acres, Alpenglow Peaks Lodge offers the privacy your vacation deserves with just a quick 12-minute drive to the town of Breckenridge. This 4,360 square-foot luxury home has been completely remodeled with a modernized rustic feel and décor that will make your vacation memorable.
Panoramic mountain views of the Ten Mile Range and ski mountains make this home truly spectacular.
The great room on the main level features a large stone gas fireplace, a big-screen TV, large windows, and comfortable leather couches to sink into and enjoy your company. The great room flows perfectly into the kitchen, making this a beautiful entertaining space with exposed beams, beautiful wood floors, and high-end touches.
The large gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with Wolfe appliances, gorgeous custom cabinetry, a gas range with a stunning hood, double ovens, and an island with 6 stools made from antlers. A breakfast nook off the kitchen is a great place for the kids to eat.
An elegant dining table seats eight in an open-concept area that is perfect for entertaining. Walk out onto the large, secluded deck with a private outdoor hot tub. In warmer months, enjoy dining al fresco and the wonderful mountain views from the home’s new deck furniture, including a large dining table, rockers and lounge chairs. In summer, explore the nearby trails right from the house.
The primary king suite is on the main level, with a gas fireplace, great views, and a beautiful soaking tub in the bath, surrounded by private wooded views. The upper level has 2 more gorgeous bedrooms. There’s a king with ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower. The other is a room with a queen and a twin bed. This room shares a bathroom with an office that has converted for sleeping with a comfortable queen bed and views of the entire 10-mile Range. Note, there is not a closet in this room.
Guests will enjoy the custom bar area in the den with TV and seating. Movie and game night begin in the lower-level family room, complete with comfy couches, and a flat-screen TV. A king room and bunk room are nearby and share a hall bath. Â The bunk room features a twin over queen bunkbed.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a 2-bay garage with parking for 5 cars, and wireless internet.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
