Since joining Moving Mountains in 2014, Stephanie has led the Steamboat Springs team with heart, purpose, and a passion for creating truly memorable vacation experiences. She believes that exceptional hospitality starts with a strong, connected team and a culture built on trust, empathy, and innovation. Her leadership style empowers people to do their best work while nurturing meaningful relationships with both homeowners and guests.

Outside of work, Stephanie finds joy in time spent with her four grown daughters, whose love, laughter, and curiosity inspire her daily. She enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, and connecting with new people and places whenever she can.
