Heather Craigen, co-founder of Moving Mountains, brings over 30 years of hospitality expertise spanning sea and mountain. She began her sailing life as a bareboat captain and then chef aboard Endless Summer II in the British Virgin Islands before moving to Colorado, where she spent 25 years leading the catered chalet teams and guiding the company’s growth. 

Previously, as CFO, Heather oversaw Finance, HR, and IT, focusing on building strong budgets, transparent reporting, and empowering her teams to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and homeowners. A firm believer that genuine hospitality creates unforgettable vacations, Heather now steps into a new chapter alongside Robin while remaining closely connected to the Moving Mountains and StayTerra family. When not immersed in strategic planning or life at sea, she enjoys pickleball, biking, and meaningful time with family and friends. She looks forward to sailing around the world as part of the Oyster World Rally.
