April relocated to Steamboat Springs from Central New York in the summer of 2013, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and a natural transition into hospitality. Since moving to the mountains, she has built a well-rounded career in the industry, with experience spanning housekeeping, hotels, timeshares, and ultimately vacation rentals—where she found her true fit. Having worked with several companies in Steamboat Springs, April offers a multi-faceted perspective and deep local insight, and she is proud to call Moving Mountains home.

Travel is a passion April shares with many of her colleagues. Her adventures have taken her to destinations including Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ireland, Mexico, and Canada, as well as across the United States during a memorable six-month solo road trip.

In her free time, April enjoys camping and ATV riding during the summer months. She also loves relaxing at home with her black labs, Boe and Jett, and her cat, Loki—often accompanied by a tabletop game night or a Dungeons & Dragons campaign.
