Moving Mountains is an exceptional company to book homes through when traveling! We stayed in Steamboat and they were so attentive to us, checked in regularly went out of their way to accommodate us and you could tell their goal was for us to have a wonderful vacation! The home we stayed in was stocked unlike any home we have ever stayed in- never had to buy any toiletries or dish soap or laundry detergent. Also, lots of wonderful blankets to curl up in on the wonderful couches both in and outside that they provided. They also took trash out and put bins back later when I tell you they take care of you they really go above and beyond! We will be booking with them again!!

This house is absolutely amazing. Has a spectacular view from the deck great accommodations, love the hot tub and it’s perfectly situated for multiple families or large families for the wintertime. We skied right in and skied out. It was one of the few places in Breckenridge that offers that and we are extremely happy with all the accommodations. I would highly recommend this house and we hope to be coming back again soon.

The property is tastefully, simply decorated and very clean. Kitchen was really equipped well for dining in. Many thoughtful touches in the coffee and tea options.
The linens and beds are extremely comfortable!
The VIEW! So pretty. We enjoyed watching hot air balloons each morning by the outdoor fireplace. The hot tub was also extremely clean and well cared for. We will be staying here again! Loved it. Thank you everyone!

My family of four has stayed with Moving Mountains in Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge. I love knowing that the homes will be beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and equipped with up-to-date fixtures and kitchens I actually enjoy cooking in. We show up, move in for the week, and never have to wonder what’s behind the door. Every home is unique, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable.
What made me decide to book a yacht charter was—honestly—getting an email from Jeni Osborn. I think it was one of the first ones she sent when she started booking charters. I was instantly intrigued because she was involved. Working with her has made me appreciate and trust everything she recommends.
I rebooked a charter because of her Wanderlust Wednesday emails—those sucked me right back in! But also because when we first sailed on Tru North, the yacht was absolutely perfect for us. The crew was amazing—young, happy, knowledgeable—and we felt safe every single moment with them. The second trip was even better because our 18-year-old son joined us. It was truly incredible to sail around such stunning places in the BVI. Caribbean vacations just aren’t the same after experiencing a charter with Oceans. It’s changed everything.
One of our favorite parts was being able to stop at different islands. Every morning we’d wake up knowing we were going to see something new. Saba Rock, Peter Island, and Christmas Bay were a few of the highlights.
Whoever came up with the idea to pair mountain homes and yacht charters under one brand—spot on! Once someone books a home in the mountains and sees what they’re getting, they’ll eventually realize they need to take it up a notch and try Oceans. Because it’s the same company, there’s already built-in trust, which makes the entire process stress-free and easy.
They make it like this—and this is exactly how it should be when you’re planning the trips of a lifetime.
I could honestly go on and on. I’m just trying to sum up what I feel was most important about our experience with both Moving Mountains and Oceans. I hope they expand all over the world someday. They offer a beautiful thing and have made our vacations priceless.

I cannot recommend Moving Mountains highly enough! I used them to plan a 30th birthday trip for my daughter and her friends, and they made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I was planning the trip from across the country, but their team took care of every single detail—from the logistics to the ski rentals and lift tickets. They made everything easy and even helped with last-minute adjustments without batting an eye. Our point of contact (Peggy) was so dedicated.
Lansdowne Chateau was amazing - all amenities were just as pictured! It was a 10-minute walk to the Main Street area - very close to all the downtown bars and restaurants, making it super safe to get home at night because any snow in the streets get slippery. The separate carriage house is just as beautiful and worked out perfectly for us so the girls had the house and my husband and I had our own space.
The team was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and responsive throughout the whole process. They provided great suggestions for things to do in the area, ensuring the group had a mix of fun activities to enjoy beyond skiing. Their professionalism and ability to adapt made the whole planning experience a breeze.
If you want a hassle-free vacation where you can truly relax and enjoy the experience, Moving Mountains is the way to go. They went above and beyond to make my daughter's milestone birthday extra special, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to plan a memorable getaway. Arrived at One Steamboat Place and had five star immediate valet service for our car and ski gear. Five-star service continued as we checked in, went to the property and a subsequent tour of the facilities which are distributed throughout the building. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed. Beds and baths were spacious and supports three adult couples with another full room for kids (which is hard to find). The location is right in the heart of Steamboat for both skiing, meals and entertainment. We enjoyed all the amenities offered including the gym, pool, and complimentary happy hour every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was always 5 star. Having the ski valet service added an even higher level of ease and enjoyment to our skiing. Our departure was just as easy as our arrival. Would highly recommend for those who want a five-star experience from start to finish in the heart of one of the great Colorado ski resorts.

We just finished a 6 day trip to Steamboat and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Moving Mountains. The home we rented was excellent as we had 12 people including three teenagers and 3 children under 7 years old plus adults. This was a Bavarian-style home. The layout of the home was terrific with three floors including a separate kitchen and living room in the lower ground floor. That floor had a bedroom with queen bed and one with two bunk beds so you can have a separate family with its own living quarters and kitchenette if desired. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of linens and towels. The walls are also thick so we never heard noise when kids were playing in the living room or watching TV. The kitchen was excellent with espresso machine built into the cabinets, double oven, microwave that also functions as a convection oven, nice storage and plenty of cookware. They also had enough silverware to host a small soup kitchen :). The kitchen had plenty of spices as well. The house came appointed with plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, shower/conditioner. They have a giant TV in the main family room with YouTube TV which was excellent.
This home also had a terrific hot tub and surprisingly an indoor steam room which was so fun after skiing. They had an outdoor grill with two propane tanks where so many rental units come with just one and you run out of gas at the wrong time.
Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Every time we called the office, Stephanie, Deb or Jill were so helpful. They were extremely quick to respond to a couple of small maintenance related items including fixing the steam room nearly immediately when we arrived (small issue we couldn’t address). The shuttle drivers were so friendly and responsive and the app made it so easy to use. You really don’t need a car when you rent from Moving Mountains.
When I commented to one of the managers about the great service they said “we literally try to move mountains for our guests” and they really showed it this week. We will 100% be using this company again on our next trip to Steamboat.

Time Flys Lodge
We have done a lot of trips to different mountains in CO, have used many different Airbnb host companies, and Moving Mountains is without a doubt the best one we have ever experienced. The house was immaculate! Perfectly as-described. The amenities were amazing. Best hot tub I've ever been in. Super comfy mattresses! The pinball machines were a lot of fun! We got in-house massages and an incredible dinner by a chef--both services were A+++
The shuttle service to the mountain is super convenient to use through their app, with as short of wait times as one could ask for. The Moving Mountains staff are all super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. We will absolutely be using them again! Thank you for an incredible trip.

Andalusian Lodge
Moving Mountains and Switchback Lodge was a dream destination. The views were almost unreal. Waking up each day and looking at the mountains in the distance was like looking into a painting - it was beautiful. The house was immaculate. The kitchen cabinets and utensils were plentiful and organized. The complimentary welcome package was a wonderful touch. We had to call Moving Mountains for several minor issues here and there and they were super responsive each time and helped us navigate through. The shuttles provided were prompt and timely - and some of the nicest drivers we've met. Everyone loved the home and loved the stay. It was a wonderful rental and well worth the cost. I loved every second of Switchback Lodge - we definitely want to come back in the future.

I can't say enough amazing things about our trip to Steamboat with Moving Mountains. They offer first-class customer service. From the time of booking to the day we left, their staff blew us away. They offered us a top-notch service during our entire stay. Every member of the team we came in contact with was happy, kind, personable, and helpful. They really care and you can feel it.
Terri met us at the house apron arrival with gifts. She was personable and kind and walked us around the house for a tutorial of the home. She gave us the warmest welcome and really started our trip in the right direction. The house has Moving Mountains personal touches all over. They have stocked the house with everything you need, it's clean and ready to go. Then there is the bus. What an incredible service and unexpected surprise that we used multiple times every day. The bus app is really easy to use and the wait times were never longer than 5 mins. Each bus driver was helpful and happy. We have stayed in competing mountain towns with competitor management companies and they don't come close to Moving Mountains service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay top-notch. We can't wait to come back!!

We were a multigenerational group of 25 and rented both houses. The setup was phenomenal. We travel every year as a group to different destinations and stay in Airbnbs and this one is at the top of the list! The sheets and towels were first-rate quality. The kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. We had mid-week cleaning and they were so friendly and did such a great job. We saw moose, bears and incredible birds out the back windows. The beds were comfortable, the showers and the shower products were like those in a five-star hotel. You can immediately sense that Moving Mountains is a top-notch management company. The people we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for an incredible stay!

My family and I recently rented a home in Breckenridge for a winter ski vacation and had a fabulous time. The home was as advertised, in impeccable shape and clean as well as stocked with various sundries. Renting with Moving Mountains is like staying at a high-end hotel, such as the Four Seasons, as you have a concierge that can obtain ski tickets for you and arrange other activities such dog sledding or snowmobiling as well as chef dinners. Most importantly, they employ a fleet of five 13-passenger vans that you can call up with an app. This is better than Uber! We never had to wait for more than a few minutes for a van to take to/from the slopes or into town. We also had a mid-week cleaning service, which was a nice touch. Overall my family of 12, including adult children and grandchildren, had an extremely enjoyable vacation. Many thanks to Moving Mountains for going the extra mile to make this a truly memorable trip. We will be looking to rent again!

Mountain Bear Lodge
Where do I start?! I cannot say enough praise about the entire Moving Mountains staff. From the moment we booked the Black Bear Chalet, we were in direct communication with an actual human at MM. (No automated messages or bots!)
We were a group of 10 visiting Steamboat Springs for a winter wonderland getaway coming from Los Angeles, Scottsdale, San Diego, Sacramento, Austin and Denver. I’m a bit of a control freak (lol) so I took the reins when it came to planning the 5 days we were there. In reality, I didn’t need to plan anything as MM had it all covered. They provide you with a simple login to their portal which included EVERY little bit of information we needed for an enjoyable stay.
The first person I was in contact with was Mallory — a true gem! She was more than helpful providing information about all the things Steamboat. She arranged for all of our lift passes to be at the house upon arrival and also had all of our gear (skis, snowboards, helmets, poles, etc…) delivered to the house. That created such a relaxed arrival for all of us after a long day of traveling! All we had to do was show up — the best!
Another AMAZING service MM offered us was the complimentary shuttle for all of Steamboat. It truly was as easy as can be. Open the app and then request or schedule a ride. All of the drivers were very kind and enjoyable to ride with. They don’t require gratuities, but they each offered a QR code to pay via Venmo if you chose to - which we did because they deserved tips. Being a group of 10, it was so easy to not have to worry about who was driving the rental cars or where we were going to park. It was also so nice to be dropped off right at the lifts — again no hassle.
The Black Bear Chalet itself was VERY clean and VERY well maintained. It was fully stocked with all things kitchen related, plenty of sheets and extra bedding, Mrs. Meyers dish and laundry soap, board games, etc. Probably the best part of the home was the elevator — for those of us staying on the 3rd floor, it made the luggage transport a breeze! There was also a heated boot rack which was dreamy. (It sucks putting your feet into cold, wet boots. Lol)
As mentioned, we were all coming in from different cities and all had different arrival/departure times. MM was able to accommodate for an early arrival and a late check out. So nice!!
I will 10000% be staying at another Moving Mountains property in the future. We truly had such an amazing stay. The ONLY thing I would change would be to book directly through the MM website. I found the house on VRBO and booked through there (not realizing it was managed by MM) and was charged extra booking fees — not by Moving Mountains but by VRBO. All in all, 10 out of 10 stars! THANK YOU again to all of the Steamboat Springs Moving Mountains staff…. especially Mallory, Hannah, Stephanie, Jill, Kameron, Diana, Doug, Eric, Brenton and anyone else I may have missed. You guys are rockstars!!

Monarch Retreat
The perfect house! We were all just so impressed with this beautiful home. The property managers were on point every step of the way and so informative, helpful and always responsive anytime we had questions.
The home was in a great location just outside of Breckenridge and having the shuttle available anytime we needed to get into town was AMAZING! We rented a jeep at the airport but really didn’t even need it once we got to the house. Booking the shuttle on the app was simple and the drivers were very friendly, helpful and informative as we were first timers to the area. They took us to the grocery store, ski lifts and downtown to shop. Such a great asset to staying here.
The house had everything we needed for a large family. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great! We had all the amenities that we needed like fans, humidifiers and LOVED the little play area for our granddaughters. They plowed the road and driveway everyday. The hot tub was amazing to sit in while watching it snow. And it snowed A LOT while we were there. Just absolutely beautiful!! I can't say enough about how amazing our experience with our lodging was.
I would give 10 stars if I could. We would love to come back here one day! Thank you for providing an amazing experience for our family!
