The Vail Valley has several convenient options to fly into the area. Many travelers fly directly into the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), which is about 45 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. Alternatively, you can fly to Denver International Airport (DEN) and choose from several transportation options after arriving.

There is no shortage of flight options in the winter when trying to get to the Vail Valley in Colorado. Delta, United, and American Airlines all offer daily flights from major airports, including Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York (JFK and LGA), Newark, Phoenix, and San Francisco. You can also catch a connecting flight from DEN to Eagle County Regional Airport.

Flying to the Vail Valley in the Summer

Getting to the Vail Valley in the summer is easy too! For most locations, your best route is to fly into Denver and then grab a United Airlines flight directly to the Eagle County Regional Airport. If you're close to Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas there are daily American Airlines flights to Eagle County Regional Airport.
