Are your offices open?
Due to social distancing safety recommendations, our Steamboat and Vail/Beaver Creek offices are currently operating on a remote basis. You can still reach us by phone (Steamboat: 877-624-2538 | Beaver Creek & Vail: 970-445-2300) or email at your convenience.
Can I make a reservation?
Can I give my reservation to a friend or family member?
All reservations are transferrable and may be transferred to whomever you please as long as they accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Is it safe to come to Colorado?
Colorado is on a good track with cases falling across the state and you are free to travel here. Some restrictions and social distancing measures, including mask-wearing, remain in place for times when you are outside your vacation home and interacting with others. But, we also know that many people are coming to the clean outdoor environment of the Rocky Mountains to be with family and friends in the safety and security of a pristine and hyper-clean vacation home.
Our mountain resorts are open and ready for you. Restaurants are currently open, but with reduced capacity.
Can I check-in without coming to your office?
We now offer online check-in and complete a virtual check-in/walkthrough using Zoom meetings software that can run on your smartphone or iPad. We want to be able to show you around your home and explain its features while respecting social distancing and allowing you to feel safe.
Can I get groceries delivered?
Absolutely! We have offered this service for many years and now it may be more valuable than ever. You can save time, and avoid the grocery store by reaching out to us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to coordinate your grocery order.
How are you cleaning homes?
Every home and residence that we manage has been diligently checked and prepared for your arrival and is sparkling clean following our enhanced VRMA Safe Home cleaning protocols to provide you with the safest, cleanest accommodations available.
