Whichever way you plan to drive in, your car ride will be beautiful. The Vail Valley is surrounded by breathtaking mountain ranges and magical mountain passes. If you are the driver, be sure to bring or rent a car with 4 wheel or all wheel drive during the winter season as mountain passes can become icy during storms.
