Welcome to On the Corner at The Shores - a gorgeous 3-bedroom 3.5 bath luxury home in Breckenridge offering high-end finishes, modern furnishings, and desirable amenities such as a private outdoor hot tub, open floor plan, and outdoor fire pit.
The upper level combines the kitchen, dining, and great room under wonderful, vaulted ceilings and surrounded by windows offering loads of bright, natural light. The open floor plan allows everyone to comfortably gather.
The fully stocked kitchen features a large island with stools and the chefs in the group will enjoy the use of Bosch Appliances, including a gas cooktop. Mountain views from the kitchen offer an inspiring natural backdrop. The dining area offers seating for eight at the table.
Step into the great room and sink into the cozy sofa while enjoying a fire in the gas fireplace - or a great new movie on the large TV. Once the sun sets, you can’t go wrong with a relaxing soak in the private outdoor hot tub – or sit beside the outdoor gas fireplace, located through the sliding glass door from the great room. In the summer months, enjoy your meals out on the spacious deck if you choose at the outdoor dining table. There is also a gas grill located on the deck for grilling enthusiasts.
The beautiful and spacious primary king suite is also located on the main level and features a king bed, TV, and luxurious ensuite bath featuring a large vanity with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. A walk-in closet is also located in the ensuite as well as private access to the deck where the hot tub and fire pit are located.
The lower level offers a cozy family room complete with a large TV, PlayStation 4, plush queen sleeper sofa, and two armchairs. This is a wonderful space to escape with a good book or enjoy your favorite sports teams! The kids will also enjoy this cozy room for a fun movie night.
Down the hall are the washer and dryer as well as the two other bedrooms – a king suite with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bath. Next door you’ll find a bunkroom - the perfect place for the kiddos offering two sets of twin bunks, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bath also has hallway access.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer and a two-bay heated garage with parking for four cars total. 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED in winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

The Shores at Breckenridge is a riverfront community situated on 11 acres located just north of Breckenridge resting along the shores of the pristine Blue River. The location offers guests loads of activities in very close proximity; biking, fishing, and golfing – all nearby. The Welk Resort sits across the street from On the Corner at The Shores.
In the summer months, don’t forget to bring your bikes – or rent them when you arrive. The Recreation path that runs between Breckenridge and Frisco is a quick two-minute walk out the front door.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Beautiful Stay 
On the Corner of the Shores was the perfect home base for our Summit county ski trip. Having rented homes in the area every winter for years, our first experience with the staff was unparalleled. Location was spot on; Copper/Keystone/A basin are all within 20 minutes away while downtown Breckenridge was only a few stops on the Summit Co. bus (or a cheap uber away). The attention to detail in this house was extremely well thought out. From the top notch kitchen, hot tub, and outdoor firepit to the most comfortable beds imaginable (no for real, what kind of beds are these?) it was exactly what anyone would look for in a winter retreat location. Every single one of us at one point just looked around and said, "I want my house to look like this..." We slept 8 very comfortably without even pulling out the extra queen couch! I will be planning on making a return trip next year and I will be rebooking this property or another one of their luxury homes.
Everything you're looking for
On the Corner at the Shores was the perfect rental home for our group of 10. It was exactly what we were looking for and the location was more than convenient. Everything was clean and ready for us early even. A storm came through the first night (50-60mph winds), causing the hot tub cover to blow off and lose quite a bit of water. The management made sure to send someone the very next day to service the hot tub for us. The upstairs has a very open layout, making it easy for a group our size to enjoy ourselves while being all together. We'll definitely return! Thanks again for being helpful and understanding!

The house was beautifully maintained, was perfect for our family of 8, and the views were wonderful. I would never consider renting from another company!

Immaculate property in ideal location. Quick ride to gondola and downtown Breckenridge! Cozy space with fully stocked kitchen. Well-organized.
Amazing Place!
This property was amazing. It was in a great location for us to get to Copper Mountain and A Basin ski resorts. The house looked brand new and we felt like we were the first to stay here. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing with a great view of the mountains. Christine was super helpful in getting us booked and making sure we were able to get into the property after hours. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Perfect Getaway
This property was absolutely perfect. Luxury everything and a quick 5-10 min drive/Uber to the lifts. Response time was very quick with any inquires we had. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!
The Shores
Perfect! Staff was extremely helpful regarding check in / out procedures. Very spacious home; nearly new. Excellent access to bike trail. Location allows easy access to both Frisco and Breckenridge.
Great stay - love them!
This was our second stay with them and will always always always stay with them in Breck! Fantastic service, easy check in/out, great communication, and incredible houses. We’ve been going to Breckenridge for 20 years and this was our first time to not stay in town or on the mountain so I was a little unsure of the location when we booked, but we absolutely loved it (in summer at least). It’s right on the bike trail so we just rented some bikes for the family and rode into town when we wanted and explored too. There is an awesome playground for the kids about halfway into town on the bike trail that we spent lots of time on. The views from the huge corner balcony were beautiful and we enjoyed so much time out there. The kids loved having a bunk room plus their own TV room which had video games that kept them entertained. Definitely recommend and definitely go back.

The rental was step up very nicely, had all needed amenities. Nice layout in a wonderful area.
Four Months On The Corner
We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was spotless, the views were great, and everything we needed was at our fingertips! The hot tub service was spot on. We were close to the bike path and the drive into Breckenridge was less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and the people we met on our daily walks were friendly. Our short walk to the river provided peaceful times and our son-in-law loved the fishing. The lovely handmade soap was a pleasure and the welcome chocolates were delicious. Thank you for a lovely 4 months. Especially the beautiful Aspens, in all their glory, at the end of our stay!
Great house, clean, and great location
We loved the house. It had everything we needed. Easy to use hot tub and patio fireplace. Very clean. Heated floors were really cool. Communication was excellent. Overall would give 5 stars and would definitely stay there again.
