This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

We’ve done several family Christmas’ in Breck, and have been to Breck many times over with friends. By far this is our favorite house ever. I’d buy it if it was for sale. Everything about the house was perfect, except the switchback. It unfortunately did not snow the entire week at the house, but the driveway is a switchback, and three vehicles is the max you can have, with two parked in the garage. Three vehicles were easy, but you have to be patient turning your vehicle around near the garages.
All around the nicest and best house to stay in when on vacation with another family! The Moving Mountains staff in Breckenridge were first-class!
Our family loved staying at Switchback Lodge! The house is quite large - 5 big bedrooms with a giant living area and an open kitchen plan. The master room has a fireplace and a huge bathroom and tub as does one of the bedrooms downstairs. There's a huge mudroom for everyone to take on and off their ski gear and store things. Downstairs is a huge party room. The 20 and 30-somethings in our crowd especially loved that area, playing pool and cards and making cocktails until the wee hours. The outdoor jacuzzi was another favorite of our crowd, spending lots of time in that after a day of skiing. The house is recently renovated so everything is very modern and clean and fabulous. Moving Mountains did a superb job of helping us out with lift tickets, shuttle service, cleaning, pre-arrival grocery shopping etc, always with a very friendly vibe. I'd definitely rent Switchback Lodge for a family vacation again!
The entire staff of Moving Mountains was cheerful, professional and very reactive to all of our needs. They helped us get lift tickets, arranged cleaning services, and arranged for us to have our equipment and luggage shipped and sent straight to our home. I highly recommend using them for renters or homeowners!

Grace Manor (now Switchback Lodge) was the perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday! We woke up to beautiful views of the ski area, enjoyed preparing our Thanksgiving dinner in the amazing kitchen and loved warming up at the end of the day in the hot tub. It?s a very short drive to anything you want to do in Breckenridge, we would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing! Not only is it beautiful inside/out, the locations is 5 minutes from town and skiing locations. This was an adult (4 couples) trip. The hot tub, pool & card table really came in handy for entertaining! The views from are spectacular! After skiing we would relax in the hot tub and just lose ourselves staring at the stars and overlooking the village lights! The beds were comfortable and house was spotless! Heated flooring through the house really kept us toasty on those chilly mornings. We are definitely going to rent this property again!

Grace Manor (now Switchback Lodge) is in the perfect location, close to Breck, but also easy to get to Frisco and Keystone for activities. The kitchen has everything to prepare the most elaborate meals. The additional fridge in the pantry and another in the garage was useful for our large family group over Christmas. Paragon was very helpful and checked in on us via text message during our stay. I would recommend spending 24 hours in Denver, at 5000 ft altitude, before going up to Breck as 9600 ft. Otherwise some of you will risk losing a day adjusting to the altitude. I would recommend the host and property.

Great house - we enjoyed it. worked well for our handicapped son. Four teenage boys enjoyed the downstairs.
Our family gathering was a large group but was comfortably accommodated in this spacious, lovely home. The management company was very professional and thorough; and the home had everything we needed to complete our recreational vacation. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We lived in Grace Manor for a month. We loved several things about it. It's close to downtown and the ski area. It has spectacular views. Grace Manor is well appointed and comfortable. We have already planned to go back!
We were back for our second spring at Grace Manor and were not disappointed. Our kids and grandkids and friends came and went during our month-long stay and Grace Manor couldn't have been more accommodating. It's roomy and outfitted for large dinner parties. It's also close to downtown restaurants and shopping and the gondola. And the view of the mountain peaks when the sun is shining on them in the early morning is awesome!
Wonderful home for a large group. Beautiful home in a great location. The cost was less than hotel rooms for a group this large and the lodge setting was perfect for a family reunion. We will be coming back.
Everything at Grace Manor was first class and we all had a very good experience . I would recommend it if you have enough money; it was pricey.
I highly recommend this vacation rental and using this company for your rental needs in Breckinridge, CO. The team was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. They have numerous homes to rent for all of your needs. The Grace Manor was the specific home we rented. We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to spread out and each have our own area. It is a beautiful home- nicely decorated- with big windows to enjoy the mountains. The kitchen is massive and has everything you might need. The house is approximately 5 min from town. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, poker table, and bar downstairs. I can't say it enough how much I highly recommend renting this home!

We just got done spending 5 days in Breck and we LOVED Grace Manor. The neighborhood is only a couple minute drive to downtown Breck, the house is wide open and fantastic for large families, and they went out of their way to clear off the very long driveway right before we got there. Good sized bedrooms, awesome views, and everything we could ask for - Grace Manor wont disappoint!
What a lovely home with beautiful views. We were looking to get away and spend time as a family over the holiday. The home was beautifully decorated, had rooms for everyone and overlooked the Breckenridge slopes. It's conveniently located, just about 5 mins away from Breckenridge and about 15 mins from Keystone. At your Breck & Call had our groceries in place before we arrived -- great service! During COVID, we felt save, distanced from others, yet were able to enjoy the holiday!
The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back at least once a year!
We spent one month in Grace Manor and we found the home and the management company to be exceptional. The home was beautiful and very clean. There were a few minor problems and they responded quickly to see that those were resolved. We particularly liked the fact that there were three bedroom/bath areas with double sinks and plenty of bathrooms for the bunk room area. This was critical with both teenage boys and girls who want their own separate bathrooms. The views were amazing and our only disappointment was that there weren't larger outdoor areas for a table and chairs. We would highly recommend this home.
Wonderfull spacious and extremely well appointed hope with high quality finishes and exceptional spaces to converse, dine and generally enjoy each other's company. Very impressed with all the home had to offer. The pictures of the home look grand on the website and in real life, delivered beyond expectations. The only bummer part was the outdoor cooking experience is really nonexistent as the grill was simply a stand up Webber gas grill that wouldn't even heat up. I feel a home of this stature should have an outdoor kitchen or at least a high end Grill. That would be the one and only shortcoming. Every other aspect of the home was 5 star. The home was exceptionally clean and the furniture and bedding was superior. We hope to book again.
