Located just steps from skiing, historic Main Street Breckenridge, and the Riverwalk Center, this 1,800-square-foot townhome is truly the perfect location.
Imperial guests will enjoy the open concept layout, with vaulted ceilings and sunny floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Imperial lift, and Horseshoe Bowl on Peak 8 from the great room and deck.
This home enjoys its own private hot tub on the deck just off the great room, with exclusive access to the Upper Village private outdoor pool and more hot tubs, just a one-minute walk away.
Relax in the comfortable great room with a gas fireplace and flat-screen 3D TV, and a large sectional couch. The open kitchen has all you need to create the perfect meal with seating for four at the kitchen bar or eight around the dining table.
On the upper level is the primary king suite with big windows, a sitting area, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite with an oversized tiled shower and dual sinks. On the lower level are two more bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One has a king bed. The other can be made up as a king or two XL twins.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, smart TVs in every bedroom, and a 1-bay garage with parking for two cars total. The garage at this condo is for compact cars only.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Wonderful home, prime location
This property, managed by Moving Mountains was probably the best stay I have had in the last decade. Wonderful home, prime location, and pristine views! The walk into the heart of town was less than 5 min. The concierge services and property management communications were exceptional. If you are looking to do anything in the mountains, I would highly recommend any Moving Mountains managed property. We definitely stay here again and again.
Great Place to Stay 
Fabulous in town location is an accurate description of this lovely condo. Recently updated with quality furnishings and new bedding, everything was fresh and clean. The kitchen was wonderful and very well stocked with everything needed to enjoy cooking and dining in as we enjoyed the beautiful view. Could not have had better service or more helpful suggestions than Laina provided. The information packet was extremely helpful. Thank you. We would certainly recommend this property to others. Looking forward to renting this beautiful condo again.
Great Property
Perfect for 3 couples. Very clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend. Not an easy walk to town or slopes but doable. Glad we had a car, Great hot tub.

Imperial 25 was faultless. A 5-10 minute walk to everything you could want or need. The couch in front of the fireplace became my favourite spot.

Wonderful Townhome - in Town and Near Everything - Yearround
We rented this property for one month in July. We chose it because: 1. It was ideally situated in walking distance to the town. This was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the in-town amenities (restaurants, shops, Backstage Theatre, concerts, festivals, gondola, etc) while feeling like we weren't on top of the crowds. 2. Having our own hot tub was wonderful - especially after long hikes and biking to places near-and-far. 3. Despite being "in-town", we had a lovely mountain peak view that greeted us each day, and added to our experience. 4. The home is well-maintained and has all of the amenities needed for a good stay. It was stocked with all of the necessary cooking utensils and "things" (Keurig and Coffee Maker, Blender, pots/pans, etc). There was a grill on the deck which worked well, too. 5. The furnishings were quite comfortable - especially on the main level. We loved the comfy couch, and the many seating options for relaxing and dining. The beds were satisfactory - would have preferred harder mattresses on most of the beds. They all had great comforters for cool nights. 6. The bathrooms were decent - could use updating in the future - but, everything worked well, the towels were plush, and they provided nice toiletries. 7. The staff went above-and-beyond to make our stay wonderful. Whenever we had a need, they were quick to respond. Their cleaning crew did an awesome job, too. Paige and Gayle and the rest of the Staff were superb! This property is definitely worth renting - especially with this company!

Easy walk to bus stop for ride to gondola. Hot tub was great. Nice to have a cook grill, we used it every night.
Beautiful views and great location near Peak 9 in Breck
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Breck thanks to this well-appointed and beautiful home. Super comfortable living area to hang out in pre- and post-ski. Many thoughtful and convenient features throughout the house. Highly recommend for families, family reunions, etc. the (management company) is excellent and provided many services/suggestions and were very responsive to inquiries/requests.
Perfectly outfitted for skiers
This three-bedroom is unique because each bedroom has a full sized bed or bigger. Not a room of bunks for the kids (so if you have a ton of kids, look elsewhere.) Every bedroom has its own bath, too. Fully equipped kitchen meant we didn't have to want glassware, tableware, or cookware. Keurig machine. Fantastic location, walk to lifts and town. Comes with sheets and towels.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Updated, clean and well appointed. It was perfect. We've stayed in a lot of vacation/rental homes over the years - this was one of the best! The staff was fantastic as well - great service and communication.
Very nice place
Very clean and kept up townhome with plenty of space for the family. Not run down with the feel of a VRBO place that is beat up from all the renters. We stayed in the summer and it was a very good location to town (easy walk) and about 15 minute walk to the gondola up the mountain. The company was great to work with on this last minute rental too.
First Time, Best Time
We gathered the family here for a Holiday vacation and couldn't have been happier. The location made walking to town, restaurants or a ski lift very convenient. The condo was very clean, very well maintained and the management company was very attentive to our needs. Our first trip to Breck was an excellent experience.
Great Breckenridge Ski Rental
We stayed 5 nights at this unit over Spring Break as a family of 6. Very comfortable accommodations for a group this size, with plenty of room to have friends over for dinner. Boot and glove driers in garage were a big plus as was plenty of hooks for gear in the heated garage. Hot tub on the deck was great after a long day of skiing. Good location to Main Street and close to QuikSilver lift, however would note the street and sidewalks can be a bit treacherous with ice and frozen snow when wearing ski boots. Very easy check in and check out, as we arrived after hours and packet with keys was available at the office. Would gladly stay at this unit again.
Fabulous family vacation
We had an amazing time in Breckenridge with our adult children and their friends. The rental we were in was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to a ski lift and walking distance to town. It had everything we needed.
Breck condo for holidays
Condo met expectations. Great for family, well located and hot tub was key. Awesome main living area/kitchen. Walk to lifts and town.Well maintained and had everything we needed for cooking etc. Only thing I would say is it would not be great for couples because downstairs bedrooms are cramped and not as nice as master setup upstairs.
Great Stay at One Breck Place
This condo was perfect for our stay. Great location, awesome setup for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, everyone had their own space, and could jump over to town anytime. Being a John Wayne fan, the decor was awesome (extra bonus for me :)), but the property was super clean and in great shape. We chose this over a separate house because of proximity to downtown, and it was the right call for this trip. I would recommend this unit and company to friends (and already have).
Family Getaway
Great location to downtown while still having great views of the peak. Clean house and quiet neighborhood. This is the 2nd time we've rented and we love it here.
Great location for skiing and town restaurants
Unit was as described and photo'ed. Convenient access to one of the base lifts (very long line even after the holidays but not the owner's fault), and quick walk to town/restaurants. Furnishings and overall condition not new but overall in good shape. Property manager was very professional and easy to deal with including app-based check in and check out.
Comfortable, large home base for ski and enjoying Breck with family.
We love to stay at One Breck Place for all of the conveniences to the mountain and the town. This condo is large, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Communication with the wonderful front desk staff was smooth. Can?t wait to come back.

This condo was great! -Super clean and cozy -Excellent location (close to town and Quicksilver lift) -Stocked with essentials. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. -Hot tub and fireplace were great for relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! :)
