This charming five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home features a spacious front deck with an expansive view of the Steamboat ski area. Enjoy your après ski with a soak in the 7-person hot tub with mountain views or with a libation in hand at the outdoor heater.
The Great Room on the main level boasts vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows where you can take in the winter wonderland that surrounds you. Enjoy your morning coffee, cooking in the kitchen, or watching the game on the TV while sinking into the comfortable couches.
The hub of the home sits on this main level with the kitchen with a walk-in pantry and wine fridge, kitchen bar with seating for 4, 8-person dining table, spacious living room that opens up to the spectacular deck with hot tub, seating, and beautiful views. The master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with heated floors, freestanding bathtub and shower, walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and mountain views.
With three separate floors, this home is perfect for families. On the ground level, one floor down, you will find another living area with a sitting area, TV, bar table and chairs, as well as the laundry room and mudroom with ski cubbies. On this floor are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
One level below, you will find the kid’s lair. There is a large bedroom with three sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, a large TV, and plenty of puzzles and board games to keep the kids busy. Another bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom on this level as well as a dedicated furnished office.
