It’s the event worth postponing your New Year’s resolutions for, especially if those resolutions might preclude you from indulging in the delicious dishes and perfect pours at the Beaver Creek Winter Culinary Weekend.
The Beaver Creek Winter Culinary Weekend is the celebrated event where alpine adventures pair well with epicurean tastes over the course of 4 days at Beaver Creek: January 23-26, 2020.
Just when you thought there wasn’t much to look forward to in January, along comes 14 different culinary events to elevate your taste buds.
The tastings aren’t a carbon copy of every other food and wine event you’ve already experienced in other areas. They range from intimate gatherings and lively cocktail parties to sleigh ride dinners, Ski.Eat.Ski days, snowshoeing, sunsets and sipping in your slippers.
Throughout the weekend, favorite Beaver Creek host chefs collaborate with world-renowned guest chefs and distinguished wine-makers to bring you unique experiences in a stunning setting.
The ultimate feast for your senses culminates in Saturday night’s “Synesthesia” event, a culinary showcase hosted by beloved celebrity chef, Andrew Zimmern followed by an exclusive and intimate concert with musicians, St. Paul & the Broken Bones at the Vilar Performing Arts Center.
Cap off the weekend with brunch at CBAR or enjoy one last adventurous foodie fête at the Sunset Snowshoe & Sunday Supper (you’ll sup in cozy slippers!) at Trapper’s Cabin.
Tickets for all of the events can be purchased here.
