Steamboat's Off-Mountain Indulgence: World-Famous Hot Springs

Off the slopes, there's no better way to relax than in one of Steamboat's area hot springs. Indeed, the hot springs are what originally drew Native Americans (and later settlers) to the Steamboat area, in addition to the area’s abundant game, and the hot springs are attractions that locals and visitors alike enjoy. On your next visit to Steamboat Springs, make sure to take a visit (or two) to one of our hot springs.

Old Town Hot Springs, downtown Steamboat Springs
In addition to its fitness center, the OTHS offers a lap pool, water slide, kiddie pools, and then, of course, hot mineral pools, ranging from 98 to 103 degrees. All hot pools are open year round. OTHS is easy to access, as it is located on the east side of downtown Steamboat Springs on the bus route.

Strawberry Park Hot Springs
Strawberry Park features one of the most spectacular mineral springs in the world. Relax in 102-104-degree mineral pools or enjoy a massage in one of the beautiful private massage huts or a watsu therapy in the private pool. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or a day in the saddle. Strawberry Park is 4 miles out of town, so you will need transportation which we can arrange - or we provide as a convenience with our luxury catered chalet package.
