Catered Chalet - What's included

Our aim is to provide our guests with a relaxing, hassle-free vacation. The benefits of this package are: Our chef and staff will prepare and serve your meals - no need for you to shop, cook, or wash dishes on vacation. Menus are tailored to your preferences including vegetarian and special diets. For families we offer separate options for children. You are met at the airport and chauffeured to the chalet in a 4WD Suburban. We provide on call shuttle service to take you to and from the ski lifts. Cellphones are provided for easy communication. We provide full local area shuttle service eliminating the need for rental vehicles. Our staff will help you plan any activities during your stay - saving you time and helping to ensure a good experience. We can purchase lift tickets for you at a discounted rate. We can purchase airfare for you at a discounted rate. Daily housekeeping is included with mid-week towel change. Full-service rates for a 5 - 7 night package include all meals with the exception of two dinners.  For the chefs nights off we encourage our guests to experience all there is to offer in the resort they are visiting.  Suggestions range from a sleigh-ride dinner to sampling one of the many restaurants in the local area. Our staff will make recommendations and set up reservations for you. If you prefer to dine in the chalet on these nights, or leave young ones at home, additional meals are available for a small supplement and we can arrange baby-sitting.   For more information on our gourmet menus click here. Full-service Catered Chalet All of our chalets are available for a group to have exclusive use of all chalet amenities and the chance to create their own vacation atmosphere.   Full-service Catered Chalet Prices are based on up to a specified number of adults staying in the chalet. For family groups with children it is possible to go up to the maximum number that the chalet can hold, but not all properties are suitable for the capacity to be reached with adults. Tailor-Made Packages No two groups are the same and we can tailor-make your vacation packages to meet your own specific requirements. What's Not Included?

Travel Insurance (Recommended) Airport Shuttle from Denver - Call!  Several options are available if you choose not to fly into Hayden.  Ski Lift Tickets - Call!  We can pre-arrange your tickets for you at discounted rates.  Ski / Snowboard equipment rental - we have excellent rates with local rental companies. In Steamboat we have equipment delivered to your chalet door by Black Tie Ski Rentals. Meals eaten outside the Chalet are at your own expense.  Additional dinners eaten in the Chalet -  $50 per adult and/or $25 per child. Spa services taken at the Chalet - Call!  We can coordinate for you.  Optional activities arranged for you by Chalet staff are at your own expense.  Chalet staff gratuity (typically 15% shared between staff who take care of you).
