What's included

Our aim is to provide our guests with a relaxing, hassle-free vacation. By providing you with the information and services you need for your summer vacation we save you time and ensure that you have the best experience possible. Our full-service rates include all meals with the exception of two dinners in a typical 5 - 7 night package. For the chefs nights off we encourage our guests to experience all there is to offer in the resort they are visiting.  Suggestions range from an evening downtown at the Pro Rodeo to sampling one of the many restaurants in the local area. Our staff are happy to make recommendations and set up reservations for you. If you prefer to dine in the chalet on these nights, or leave young ones at home, additional meals are available for a small supplement and we can arrange baby-sitting.  For more information on our gourmet menus click here. Full-service Catered Packages All of our properties are available for full-service catered packages. Prices are based on up to a specified number of adults staying in the chalet. For family groups with children it is possible to go up to the maximum number that the chalet can hold, but not all properties are suitable for the capacity to be reached with adults. Tailor-Made Packages No two groups are the same and we can tailor-make your vacation packages to meet your own specific requirements. Use of all amenities - deluxe hot tub, cable/satellite TV's & VCR's, games room (see individual chalets for amenity list). Pre-arrangement of activities including guiding, horseback riding, golf tee times, rafting, bike rentals (cost not included) Chalet hosts and personal chef. Daily housekeeping with mid-week linen change.

What's Not Included?

Travel Insurance (Recommended) Airport Shuttle from Denver - Call!  Several options are available if you choose not to fly into Hayden.  Meals eaten outside the Chalet are at your own expense.  Additional dinners eaten in the Chalet -  $50 per adult and/or $25 per child. Spa services taken at the Chalet - Call!  We can coordinate for you.  Optional activities arranged for you by Chalet staff are at your own expense.  Chalet staff gratuity (typically 10% - 15% shared between staff who take care of you). Local sales tax (8.4%)
